Tell us something interesting about your background.

I'm from Santa Cruz and one of my first jobs was at the Boardwalk. Not coincidentally, I have not eaten nacho cheese in over 20 years.

What has led you to your current role?

I am joining Stanford's Career Education team after a decade of experience in higher ed career services. In previous roles, I taught internship and career preparation courses, managed mentor programs, and built relationships with employer partners. As a former first-generation and low-income college student, I am passionate about social justice in career development and education, as well as connecting students to work that is meaningful (and paid!).

In your spare time, what do you enjoy doing?

Learning Spanish, playing with my puppy, and riding my bike.
