As a Stanford Alumni Mentoring (SAM) mentor, you can make a positive impact on a current Stanford student. Founded by two Stanford alumni, the SAM program is a way for alumni to connect with and support current students. 

2023-24 Neighborhood Decorative Accent Line

You can either opt to have a one-time conversation or have an on-going mentoring relationship with a student. Students seek help from an alum for a variety of reasons, such as to learn insights about an industry or company, to ask for job search advice, to choose a major, to apply for grad school, and much more!
