When you’re recruiting at Stanford, marketing your organization’s roles and events will increase student engagement and improve your outcomes. Here are various recommended paths and strategies to increase your brand and support your marketing efforts across campus.

There are plenty of opportunities to build your brand at Stanford. Review all of the offerings available to you!

Market through Recruiting Listserv

Stanford Career Education offers one push per employer per quarter to our listserv to promote jobs, internships, events, flyers, or anything else. Please email what you’d like to be promoted!

  • All roles and events promoted through the ListServ must be posted onto Handshake first to provide equitable access to all students.
  • If you're interested in further promotion through the listserv, you can check out our Circles of Influence Program to enhance your recruiting here at Stanford.

Connect with Student Organizations

You can share your internship with student organizations, there are over 800 that you can connect with; you may want to sort by academic and pre-professional. The Circles of Influence program is a great way to establish those contacts.

Participate in Career Educational Events

Our team is creating new and innovative ways to connect employers and potential candidates through experiential learning and educational events. Please complete this Employer Interest Form if would like to engage with Stanford students for panels, resume reviews, site visits and more.

Brand the Photo Booth

We are excited to announce a new great way to reach Stanford students: the Iris Air Photo Booth. The Photo Booth is available free for students in our center with multiple opportunities for company branding as well as job, internship, and event promotion. Sponsoring the Photo Booth is an exceptional chance to engage with our vibrant community and make a lasting impression on potential hires.

Benefits of Branding:

  • Resume Book: Access to a digital, filterable resume book containing the resumes and contact information of undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Branded Presence: Enjoy visibility with a branded welcome screen and exit screen on the photo booth.
  • Custom Messaging: Your website, Handshake, or job posting link will be included in photo delivery emails, a great way to direct students to your open positions.
