"As a first-generation student, I relied on a diverse support network of Stanford community members. The coaches at Stanford Career Education helped with reviewing my resume and editing endless cover letters as I applied to numerous fellowships, and showed genuine care for my self-improvement as I navigated what 'work' meant to me as a student and an alum."
